        答. 身心障礙者專用停車位識別證申請人，需與身心障礙者為同一戶籍親屬之認定，係指與身心障礙者設籍在同一戶號內之法定親屬，申請人可檢具戶口名簿影本佐證，且該戶口名簿稱謂欄親屬關係註記需明確，登記為家屬或寄居者，不得提出申請。
