經濟漸漸復甦，就業市場人才需求大增，聽障者的就業機會也隨之增加，他們在各個職場賣力的演出，幕後用力的推手­­就業服務員功不可沒。臺北市協助聽障朋友就業的機構有：「中華民國啟聰協會」、「中華民國聾人協會」、「中華民國聽障人協會」等等。
