 29. 辦理身心障礙者專用停車位識別證，行車執照及駕駛執照非同一家人持有，可以辦理嗎？
       答. 依據身心障礙者，專用停車位設置管理辦法，第6條之規定：身心障礙者本人，或同一戶籍之家屬1人，得申請身心障礙者，專用停車位識別證證明；申請專用停車位識別證者，應具有汽車或機車，之駕駛執照及行車執照。
      依前法，並無限定駕駛執照及行車執照為同一人持有才能申請停車證，但駕車執照及行車執照之持有者需為身心障礙者本人，或是與身心障礙者設籍於同一戶籍內之家屬，方得提出停車位識別證之申請。
