中央氣象局發布九至十一月天氣展望，預報中心長期預報課課長賈新興昨天指出，反聖嬰現象到年底前會逐漸增強，今年冬天達到中等強度。相較平均值，未來三個月氣溫偏高、雨量偏多、颱風也比較多。
