炎炎夏日來碗沁涼的冰品讓人暑意頓消。原在汐止賣芒果冰的盧財坤、張淑真夫婦，看中淡水老街人潮商機開設「淡水冰館」，推出多款獨創的爆漿茶凍等冰品，成為淡水老街新美食，甚至有人吃過後洽詢加盟，但業者表示要先推出宅配服務。
