基隆市友蚋山區七分寮的山泉水甘甜，品質名聞北部，前往取水的民眾每天絡繹不絕。地主潘正雄不但熱心提供場地，讓大家免費分享山泉水，還負責清理及保養集水處，讓前往取水的民眾感佩不已。
