調查顯示，兒童網路霸凌事件，會衍生為校園真實霸凌，主持「2009全國兒童媒體使用行為調查」的政大廣電系副教授吳翠珍心疼的說，「不能怪孩子」，數位科技是擋不住的趨勢，家長和老師也要趕快提升數位能力，以免造成親子、師生間的「數位科技代溝」越來越大。
