議會花團錦簇 市長與議員輕鬆談市政

臺北市即將在年底舉辦2010臺北國際花卉博覽會，日前臺北市議會市政總質詢時，市議員林瑞圖、陳義洲、陳永德、歐陽龍等人發揮創意，以臺灣特有種蕨類及各式蘭花布置議場，現場綠意盎然，令人耳目一新。議員們對花博及節能減碳議題非常關心，並邀請市長郝龍斌一起坐在議場中央談市政。
