新竹縣寶山鄉只有一萬多人口，但外籍住民不少，來自十二國，有「聯合國鄉」之稱；新任鄉長范玉燕決定邀請這群「外」賓參加下月一日就職典禮，「他們都是寶山鄉民，我邀請家人一起來觀禮。」
