內政部鼓勵生育創意標語的票選活動，百萬獎金得主昨天誕生。「孩子～是我們最好的傳家寶」，在兩萬八千三百四十則稿件中脫穎而出，獨得獎金一百萬元，換算每字約賺進十萬元，一字萬金。
