蘋果日報的「動新聞」引發各界撻伐，國家通訊傳播委員會（ＮＣＣ）發言人陳正倉昨天從網路看見「性侵」等動新聞內容時，大喊「夭壽，看了會嚇死人」；主委彭芸在立法院答詢時，點名壹傳媒不要挑戰與測試ＮＣＣ底線，她直言「動新聞在我的界定中，根本不叫新聞」。
