 儘管近年社會經濟不景氣，我們就服員仍積極協助無數個聽障個案，讓他們順利媒合就業，雖然就業穩定順利，但無形中訓練我們解決問題的能力及增強應變力，懂得如何展現聽障者的優點，讓雇主的心房從緊閉到開啟，接受聽障，並協助了解其特質，成為聽障案主工作上的好夥伴。
