在全亞洲第一個行動手語翻譯服務「手譯通」上線後，只要拿出小筆電連上「iSign iHear 看我聽我」聽障社群平台，點選手語翻譯服務，就會出現一位手語翻譯志工，解讀聽障者的手語與聽人的口語，協助雙方順利溝通，即時化解疑難。
