小均屬先天聽語障伴隨自閉傾向，雙耳聽力喪失，不會說話，加上過去教育未能即時給小均個別化的教導，導致小均不僅沒學好手語，筆談及文字理解能力都不好，即使透過各種的協助，還是很難瞭解別人在說什麼，所以小均從學校畢業後，不曾有過一份正職的工作。
