短短三天內，從檢調無預警搜索，到大部分人遭飭回，看似雷聲大雨點小，引發許多爭議，尤其公認內聚力最強的兄弟象隊，過去不只一次透過球隊「自清」，砍掉包括莊宏亮在內的球員，今年卻在毫無跡象的情況下，成為檢調鎖定的最大目標，難怪連象隊領隊洪瑞河也覺得訝異。
