Q. 什麼是先天性聽障 (congenitally deaf) ？
A. 先天性聽障是指母體懷孕時或胎兒出生時，即受到病毐感染或其他原因導致聽障，常見的病毐有德國麻疹、梅毐等，其他因素如血液中 Rh 因子與母體不合、生產時缺氧窒息或腦損，新生兒高黃疸、核紅血球症，聽小骨硬化症等。
