飲食注意事項 : 少吃冰冷的食物、油炸的食物及巧克力。  生活注意事項：避免接觸過敏原、季節變換及天氣不穩定要注意保暖、避免呼吸道感染、不要在太冷的天氣下運動、運動前要暖身、要有充足的睡眠、來醫院或感冒流季節出門要帶口罩。  最重要的一點 : 要按時噴葯切勿自行停藥，待醫師評估後可以停藥才可以停藥，定時至過敏免疫科醫師門診追蹤。
