Q.開立診斷書是否必需由同一醫師開立？
A.原則上應請原診治醫師開立，但若是醫師已離職或出國，則可掛該科主任門診申請；急診病患出院後欲申請診斷書，請至門診掛號，原急診內科患者請掛門診一般內科或家庭醫學科，原急診外科患者請掛外傷科或是一般外科。
