消基會抽查80件早餐店、夜市吸管，發現其中10件早餐店吸管驗出重金屬鉛，且含量超過100ppm限值，長期使用可能導致慢性鉛中毒。消基會呼籲民眾盡量選擇透明無色吸管，避免以黃色、綠色、橘色吸管飲用熱飲。
