在遊行嘉年華的暖身後，壓軸的12月31日倒數計時晚會將隆重登場！市府將邀請多組知名藝人接力演唱，並在絢爛的101煙火秀中共同倒數迎接新年。而除了臺北市政府市民廣場的演唱會外，12月31日晚間8時至元旦0時30分，臺北廣播電台在大安森林公園精心安排「邁向2010--花與音樂的對話」跨年演唱會，邀請民歌手現場演唱膾炙人口的好歌，還有太鼓與鼓陣等，給民眾不同的跨年選擇。
